Cancellation of order

ratanspices.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situation where ratanspices.com is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order so placed/cancelled does not comply with the ratanspices.com policy or for any other reason. However, ratanspices.com will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so cancelled, is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund, will be made in reasonable time.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL RATANSPICES.COM BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF RATANSPICES.COM HAS BEEN INFORMED IN ADVANCE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Cancellation Policy

While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount.

If you cancel your order before the product has shipped, you can choose to have the entire amount refunded.
If your product has been shipped and is yet to be delivered, please send the package back to us within 15 days at our address and you will get full refund.

Returns Policy

Return of product will not accepted.

This Return and Cancellation Policy is part of, and incorporated within, the ratanspices.com Client Contract. As a condition of registering with ratanspices.com and using the ratanspices.com Services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understood this Return and Cancellation Policy and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained within.
